The company strengthened its market position through strategic leadership appointments, the formation of new Customer Advisory Boards in North America and Europe, and significant product enhancements focused on combining Zilliant's leading pricing products with its new Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) capabilities.

Strategic Leadership Expansion
In 2024, Zilliant expanded its leadership team with several key appointments:
- Adi Kavaler joined as Chief Technology Officer and Claude Sammoury as Senior Vice President of Partnerships and Alliances
- Russ Halvorson, Bob Pedersen and Matt Hobbs joined to lead global sales engineering, North America sales and strategic accounts, respectively
- Bernard Kang was appointed Vice President of Pricing Advisory and Dr. Stephan Liozu as Chief Value Officer
- Lauren van Heerden joined as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience
Product Innovation and Industry Recognition
The company delivered significant product enhancements throughout 2024, including:

- Integrated AI revenue opportunity identification capabilities into CPQ, providing smart sales actions and product recommendations to help sales teams increase deal size, cross-sell and up-sell
- Announced Agreements Management, enabling sellers to close deals faster with automated customer-specific pricing
- Enhanced CPQ Configurator with streamlined workflows, including attribute grouping, status visibility, customizable validation and improved product catalog management for a more intuitive sales experience
- Released next-generation SAP Sales Cloud integration with enhanced quote synchronization and custom field capabilities, simplifying implementation and data management
Over the past 12 months, Zilliant earned several notable industry recognitions:

Expanding Customer and Partner Engagement
In 2024, Zilliant established Customer Advisory Boards in both North America and Europe to deepen market insights and customer collaboration. The company strengthened its partner ecosystem through strategic partnerships with Silamir, which provides specialized Price Management and Optimization expertise across Europe, and SoftServe, which delivers data-driven pricing solutions globally.
Zilliant strengthened its relationship with SAP and received Spotlight status after growing its SAP business by over 500%. SAP Spotlight status is a designation for partner solutions that employ digital best practices and exhibit strong customer traffic and engagements.
