Osprey Funds, LLC (“Osprey”), the sponsor of the Osprey Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: OBTC), today announced its intent to file a Registration Statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to convert OBTC into an exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) as soon as practicable.
