Lori Hart is a seasoned HR executive with expertise in talent strategy, organizational development, and employee engagement. As Chief Human Resources Officer, she will lead LucyRx’s people strategy, ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent to support its growth.

With extensive experience in healthcare and corporate HR leadership, Lori has led large HR teams across complex organizations, overseeing talent development, culture initiatives, workforce planning, and M&A integration. Her ability to scale organizations, implement leadership development programs, and improve employee experience through data-driven HR strategies will be instrumental in building a high-performing workforce at LucyRx.

Lisa Liburd brings more than 20 years of experience in clinical strategy, formulary management, and utilization management. As Vice President of Clinical Strategy, she will lead the development of innovative clinical programs that drive affordability and improved health outcomes for members.

Lisa’s expertise includes creating data-driven solutions, developing impactful clinical programs, and advancing affordability initiatives across commercial and Medicare lines of business. Her leadership will play a key role in ensuring LucyRx continues to meet the needs of plan sponsors and members with bold, patient-centered solutions. For example, she will develop strategies to affordably and effectively provide access to GLP-1 medications by delivering best-practice protocols for nutrition, lifestyle, and pharmaceutical care to ensure members achieve sustainable wellness with the assistance of the popular medications.
