Armanino Invests in the Expansion of its Workforce

Armanino has experienced substantial growth in its team, expanding its workforce to better serve the firm’s clients' needs. The firm welcomed its largest new partner class in its history, with 26 new partners and half of the class being female leaders.

In tandem with employee growth, Armanino made strategic moves to strengthen the firm’s market position with several firm additions in 2023. Key accomplishments include the successful expansion of Armanino’s Business Management Division with the integration of Blue Sky Group and music rights and royalty auditing firm, Royalty Compliance Organization (“RCO”) as well as Bemel, Ross & Avedon. Additionally, Janover, a New York-based CPA firm, joined Armanino enhancing the firm’s accounting, audit, and consulting services while bolstering Armanino’s presence in Manhattan and the greater New York area.

New Products and Service Offerings Drive Forward Innovation

Armanino also introduced innovative new service offerings, expanding its capabilities to deliver enhanced value to clients. The main focus of these products revolves around providing comprehensive outsourced solutions to supplement clients’ operations and combat pressures placed on C-suites by high-interest rates, inflation, significant labor shortages, and a strained economic backdrop.

• In January, Armanino launched its Strategic Development Outsourcing (SDO) service, providing nonprofit organizations with a new full-service, outsourced fundraising solution powered by data and analytics to evaluate organizations' existing donor base, source new prospects to elevate funding success.
• In May, Armanino delivered a new Strategic Marketing Outsourcing (“SMO”) service, providing end-to-end, transformational market initiatives backed by Armanino’s top-tier creative and digital marketing capabilities.
• Most recently, Armanino released Tax Managed Services a new holistic outsourced tax service designed to solve for the challenges facing CFOs and in-house accounting departments that blends Armanino’s in-house tax expertise optimized by the firm’s tax technology capabilities to streamline the full tax needs of any client.

Additionally, this fall, the firm held its 2023 Nonprofit Symposium, uniting hundreds of nonprofit professionals across the country to convene on issues and opportunities pertinent to philanthropic success. Armanino also focused on its sustainability efforts through the firm’s Canopy Project - a three-week-long fundraising effort to help plant as many trees as possible through Treedom, another Certified B Corporation®, supporting tree planting projects in Africa, South America and Asia. As a result of this campaign, employees and the Armanino Foundation raised money to plant 2,679 trees, pulling 673 tons of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, reducing the firm’s overall carbon footprint, and improving forestry conditions in areas where the need is greatest.
